Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time Klaviyo Expert?

Good question! To start, the annual cost of a full-time senior Klaviyo expert is astronomical (without counting benefits and the difficulty of finding one available). On top of that, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy full-time, so you're forced to pay for time you can't utilize.

With Blitz's monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as needed to ensure you only pay your Klaviyo expert when you have work to give them.

 

How many tasks can I submit during a Blitz? 

How many tasks can I submit during a Blitz? After confirming your Blitz, you can submit as many tasks as you want in your queue. They will be delivered one at a time.

How many tasks will you perform during a Blitz?

On average, most tasks are completed in just two to three business days. However, more complex requests may take longer.

Each client is different in their requests and ability to explain what they need. Thus, it is impossible for us to give an exact number of tasks we will perform during a Blitz.

The speed of task execution depends on three main factors:

  1. How long you have been a Verkko customer because each Klaviyo account is different and sometimes we first need to understand your account setup and any previous work done by other parties.
  2. The complexity of your priorities and the clarity of instructions.
  3. If you decide to make changes or modifications to the initial task definition, this may change the initial estimate of the number of tasks delivered during the Blitz.

How can I request a task to be modified?

Task modifications are done seamlessly through our task management tool. Simply make the request within the task in question and we will revise it until you are 100% satisfied.

How does the pause feature work? 

We understand that you may not have enough tasks to fill a full month. Perhaps you only have one or two tasks in mind at the moment. This is where pausing the Blitz is useful.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 10 days of remaining service to use at any time in the future.

 

Is there work you don't cover in the Blitz?

The following task categories are excluded from Blitz:

  1. Editorial tasks,
  2. Graphic design tasks,
  3. Email or campaign design tasks,
  4. Custom integration tasks via API to third-party platforms. However, native integrations and integrations via Zapier are accepted.
 

And what if I only have one task for you?

No problem! You can pause your subscription when you're done and come back when you have other needs. You don't need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

 

How can I ask questions about the tasks that have been executed and about the continuous optimization of my Klaviyo account?

During your Blitz, we graciously offer you access to the Incubator, our group coaching and support package (valued at $199/month), so you can attend support sessions to ask your questions.

 

Are there any refunds if I am not happy with the service?

Due to the high quality of work, no refunds will be issued. However, you can cancel the service at any time.
